Citizens Telephone Company, as part of its obligation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier, offers two low income assistance programs. These programs, Lifeline Assistance and Link Up, are offered to eligible telephone subscribers within the Citizens Telephone Company Exchanges.

Lifeline Assistance
is a retail service offering which provides low income subscribers with reduced monthly charges for certain limited telephone services.

Link Up
provides for a reduction in the customary charge for connecting telecommunications service for a single line connection at a subscriber's principal place of residence.
